Powdered florentine mixt, easy and simple to use directly. Ideal for florentines, bee stings, slices and other similar pastry. A versatile and multi-purpose product, works well when combined with different types of nuts and seeds. It is a medium fine powder and yellow in colour. A delicious honey and butter aroma is derived when the powder is used.
