Doughnut Mix is a type of mixed flour. It is very convenient and easy as 1 2 3, even baking newbie can make it too! It is best to be served as tea time snack or breakfast, you could also add some chocolate jam or sprinkle some sugar to make it more delicious and colorful! Just unleash your creativity!


Ingredients:
Doughnut Mix   500g
Butter (room temperature)   48g
Eggs   25g
Instant Yeast   6g
Margarine   20g
Water (cold)   225g-250g

Baking Step:
1. All in method using “dough hook” to neat 4 minutes low speed, 6minutes high speed, until become dough and elastic.
2. Divide the dough and elastic.
3. Divide the dough into 45-55g / piece & shaping.
4. Let it proofing, until the dough size expand almost double.
5. Frying oil with temperature 170°C or 45-60 seconds each side.

 

Storage Condition:
Store in below 25°C and dry area.
Away from sunlight and pest free environment.
Close the pack tight after every use.
