Dried Apricots contain highest amount of Vitamin A. Dried apricots are also high in fiber, potassium, copper and Vitamin E and a source of iron and niacin, also known as Vitamin B3. Add them to your salads, or just eat them out of the bag as snacks.

Suitable for baking use such as making cookies, Fruit cakes, and bread.

Advised to keep in the refrigerator.
