Rio Chiffon Mix is a type of mixed flour. It is very convenient and easy as 1 2 3, even baking newbie can make it perfect too! Taste the richness of fluffy, soft and hot butter cake!


Ingredients:
Rio Chiffon Mix   330g
Eggs  330g
Water  58g
Oil 41g
Vanilla Flavouring 1tsp

Baking Step:
1. Whisk together Rio Chiffon Mix, eggs, water and vanilla flavouring with slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Continue whisk with high speed for 6 minutes.
3. Add in oil and whisk with slow speed for 1 minutes.
4. Pour the batter into chiffon cake mould or cake pan and bake at 180°C for 30 – 45 minutes.
