Ingredients:
Fruit Cake Mix 500g
Milk 150g
Corn Oil 150g
Eggs 175g
Mix Dried Fruit 350g
Baking Step:
1. Mix Fruit Cake Mix with egg, milk and corn oil using mixer at slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape the batter from the side into the center of the bowl and continue mixing at medium speed for 4 minutes.
3. Add in mix dried fruit into the mixture and mix well.
4. Pour the batter into the baking tray until 3/4 full.
5. Bake at 170°C for 55-60 minutes.
