Powdered sugar is called as icing sugar, it is a finely ground sugar produced by milling granulated sugar into a powdered state. Icing sugar can also be used to make goodies such as shortbread, cream fillings, marshmallow, and fondant. Its fine grind provides a smooth, soft finish texture.
