Lava Cake Mix – Chocolate is a type of mixed flour. It is very convenient and easy as 1 2 3, even baking newbie can make it perfect too! Taste the richness of fluffy, soft and hot butter cake!

Ingredients:
Lava Cake Mix – Chocolate 500g
Whole Eggs 130g
Water 150g
Oil 240g

Baking Step:
1. Beat all the ingredients at low speed for 1 minutes.
2. Then shift to medium speed and continue mixing for 4 minutes.
3. Pour about 100g batter into aluminium foil cups. (Top diameter: 3 inch; Bottom diameter: 2 inch; Height: 1.5 inch). Bake at 210-220°C for 9-11 minutes.
4. Overturn and unmould chocolate lava cake from its aluminium foil cup onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
