Ingredients
Ingredients: Coconut Fillings
- 80g Desiccated Coconut
- 12g Gula Melaka Flavouring
- 48g Brown Sugar
- 160g Melted Unsalted Butter
Ingredients: Cookies Dough
- 400g Biscuit Mix
- 192g Unsalted Butter
- 32g Eggs
- 7g Pandan Coconut Flavouring
Instructions
- For COCONUT FILLING, mix all ingredients together and mix well.
- Preheat oven to 170oC.
- For COOKIES DOUGH, place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix 1 minutes at slow speed.
- Scrap down side, mix another 1 minutes at medium speed.
- Divide the dough into 8gm and fill in 2gm of coconut filling inside.
- Roll the dough into a ball and roll on desiccated coconut.
- Place the cookies on lined baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. Baking condition vary depending on dough size and oven characteriees.
- Remove from oven and let it cool before packing.
