Ingredients
GROUP A
- 400g Biscuit Mix
- 44g Eggs
- 168g Margarine
- 48g Chilli Shrimp Paste
- 0.8g Salt
GROUP B (For Decoration)
- Dry Shrimp
Instructions
- Using paddle attachment, blend all the ingredients at slow speed for 1 min. Scrap down the bowl.
- Change to medium speed and mix for 1 minute.
- Fill cookies dough into cookie press. Pipe out onto a non-sticky tray.
- Place a dried shrimp on the centre as decoration.
- Bake at 170oC-175oC for about 11-13 minutes. Baking condition vary depending on dough size and oven characteristics.
- Remove from oven and let it cool before packing.
