Arla Pro® High Stability Whipping Cream is made of fresh, top-quality Danish milk according to the highest quality standards. It has a delicious creamy taste, smooth consistency and white colour. This whipping cream can be used to thicken all types of sauces, including sauces with acidulous ingredients. Furthermore, it is perfect in desserts, cakes, ice cream and as a whipping cream.
