Banana Cake Mix is a type of mixed flour. It is very convenient and easy as 1 2 3, even baking newbie can make it perfect too! Taste the richness of fluffy, soft and hot butter cake!

Ingredients:
Banana Cake Mix 500g
Banana Flavouring 3g
Eggs  400g
Fresh Banana 400g
Vegetable Oil 75g
Walnut & Pumpkin Seed (optional)

Baking Step:
1. Whisk Banana Cake Mix and eggs using high speed for 6 minutes.
2. Pour the Fresh Banana Paste into the fluffy batter then shift to medium speed and cotinue mixing for 3 minutes.
3. Then shift to low speed and add in banana flavouring & vegetable oil. Mix the batter until combine well.
4. Fold in walnut & pumpkin seed into the batter (optional).
5. Bake at 160°C for 35 – 45 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let it cool before serving.
