Butter Cake Mix is a type of mixed flour. It is very convenient and easy as 1 2 3, even baking newbie can make it perfect too! Taste the richness of fluffy, soft and hot butter cake!


Ingredients:
Butter Cake Mix   500g
Butter (room temperature)   300g
Eggs   275g

Baking Step:
1. Mix Butter Cake Mix and butter using mixer attachment beater for 1 mins low speed & 4 mins medium speed until pale & fluffy.
2. Slowly pour in egg and mix at medium speed for 4 min until homogenous batter.
3. Bake at temperature +/-180°C for +/-30 minutes in oven.

Storage Condition:
Store in below 25°C and dry area.
Away from sunlight and pest free environment.
Close the pack tight after every use.
