Ingredients:
Chicken Bites: Chicken, Wheat Flour, Food Starches, Salt, Rice Flour, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Mixed Spice (Mustard), Soy Protein, Oleoresin (Black Pepper and Garlic). Contains Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5′-Inosinate and Disodium 5′-Guanylate as Permitted Flavour Enhancers. Contains Emulsifiers, Leavening Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate and Sodium Aluminium Phosphate), Thisckening Agent and Anticaking agent as Permitted Food Conditioners.
Salted Egg Sauce: Golden Salted Egg Powder, Sugar, Cream, Curry Leaf, Butter, Chicken Stock, Garlic Powder, Salt and Chilli Powder. Contains Monosodium Glutamate as Permitted Flavour Enhancer. Contains Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate as Permitted Preservatives. Contains Acidity Regulator as Permitted Food Conditioners.
 
Allergen Information:
Contains Wheat Gluten, Soybean, Milk Protein, Mustard and Egg. Process in a facility that also process products containing Fish, Crustacean (Shrimp) and Tree Nuts.

Cooking Instruction
  1. Preheat oil to 170°C-180°C .
  2. Remove KLFC Crispy Chicken Bites from freezer.
  3. Deep fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown or well cooked. Set aside
  4. Then reheat KLFC Salted Egg Sauce.
    1. Convection Cooking: Pour the contents of sauce into a pot, heat it up and stir quick on the stove.
    2. Pour the contents of sauce into a microwave safe dish. Reheat at high power (800-1000 Watt) for 1-2 minutes. Stir once during heating.
  5. Pour the hot Salted Egg Sauce on the fried KLFC Crispy Chicken Bites, mix well. Ready to serve.
