Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix is a type of mixed flour. It is very convenient and easy as 1 2 3, even baking newbie can make it perfect too! Taste the richness of fluffy and soft Vanilla Sponge Cake!

Ingredients:
Sponge Cake Mix  1000g
Eggs  1000g
Water  240g
Oil  240g

Baking Step:
1. Mix all ingredients (except oil) with mixer attachment whisk for 6 mins high speed until peak form or whisk until ribbon stage.
2. Make in oil at low speed for 1 minutes until homogenous batter.
3. Bake at temperature +/- 180°C for +/- 30 minutes in oven.

Storage Condition:
Store in below 25°C and dry area.
Away from sunlight and pest free environment.
Close the pack tight after every use.
