Ingredients
- 400g Chocolate Moist Cake Mix
- 50g Whole Eggs
- 220g Milk
- 250g Compound Chocolate
- 150g Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150oC (Top) and 150oC (Bottom).
- Double boil chocolate and butter.
- Using paddle, add in egg and oil into chocolate mixture in 30 sec.
- Add in chocolate moist cake mix and continue add in milk within 1 minutes.
- Pour batter into round cake tin.
- Bake for approximately 50-55 minutes. Baking conditions vary depending on the batter scaling weight and oven characteristic.
- Remove from oven and let it cool before serving.
