Ingredients
- 500 g Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 280 g Egg
- 280 g Water/ Milk
- 140 g Oil/ Melted Butter
Instructions
- All in method in mixing bowl, using whisk to mix all ingredients until homogeneous batter.
- Heat up a pan and brush some oil then pour in pancake batter as your desired size.
- Cook until bubbly and check underneath if its golden brown then flip.
- Cooking time 2 - 3 minutes each side with medium heat.
Notes
can serve with assorted toppings, such as butter, maple syrup, confectioners' sugar, honey, jams, preserves, sweetened whipped cream, or chocolate syrup
