Ingredients
- 500g Butter Cake Mix
- 300g Butter / Margarine
- 275g Eggs
Instructions
- Mix Butter Cake Mix & butter/ margarine with mixer attachment beater for 1 minute low speed & 4 mins medium speed until pale & fluffy.
- Slowly pour in egg and mix at medium speed for 4 mins until homogenous batter.
- Bake at temperature +/-180oC for +/-30 minutes in oven.
