Ingredients

500g Butter Cake Mix
300g Butter / Margarine
275g Eggs

Instructions

Mix Butter Cake Mix & butter/ margarine with mixer attachment beater for 1 minute low speed & 4 mins medium speed until pale & fluffy.
Slowly pour in egg and mix at medium speed for 4 mins until homogenous batter.
Bake at temperature +/-180^oC for +/-30 minutes in oven.
